Otolorin Ola Laleye is a well known professional trumpeter, music director, composer and producer. He is also a multi-instrumentalist. He started playing music at a very young age in the church. In 1986 he began his professional career in music by joining Femi Anikulapo Kuti and The Positive Force. This lasted for ten years. In no time with the Positive Force, Oto was made the band leader instantly because of the potential, talent and interest in music. In those years he was privileged to travel around the world and featured in so many festivals such as Moars festival, Montreal Jazz Festival, and Womad Festival
